- Scope of Service
AirlineClaims.us serves as an intermediary to assist Users in obtaining compensation under regulations such as EC Regulation 261/2004, Montreal Convention, and other relevant passenger rights laws.
- User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete flight details.
- Supply supporting documents when requested, including boarding passes and flight tickets.
- Refrain from pursuing the same claim directly with the airline once it is filed through AirlineClaims.us.
- No Win, No Fee Policy
- AirlineClaims.us operates on a No Win, No Fee basis.
- If the claim is successful, a service fee will be deducted from the compensation before the remaining amount is transferred to the User.
- If the claim is unsuccessful, no fees will be charged.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content on AirlineClaims.us, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AirlineClaims.us and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Privacy Policy

- Limitation of Liability
